  I bought this console on Sunday while shopping in Pensacola with my mother-in law. It wouldn't fit in our vehicle so we had them hold it. My husband just went to pick it up, and from the time I purchased it to just a few moments ago, somehow it got damaged. The store associate only offered 10% for the damage caused while it was in their possession. I asked to speak to a manager and they never came to talk to my husband or speak to me on the phone. My husband asked if they could locate another one for us and they refused. We asked for a refund but I am completely heart broken, it was the perfect piece. I called the Panama City store and the manager I spoke with seemed appalled by the actions of this store, Barbara volunteered to call other local stores to assist me in finding this console. Barbara is an amazing associate and I believe a great asset to this panama city TJ Maxx. I don't usually do reviews, but Barbara's outstanding customer service makes me want to share this experience. Thank you Barbara.
