  The rest control man was great! He was friendly and done a wonderful job. However, the "inspector" was called out because I seen a mice in my bathroom. I do not have problems with roaches, spiders..etc. when he came out he took a look around my house and pretty much advised me that I needed $1450 worth of 'extractions' and such. I immediately thought to myself that this inspector man IS RETARDED and trying to UPSALE a product or service to me. i didn't buy that, but because he was so persisntant with me buying pest control for $145 I agreed to have my home sprayed. I tried to tell the inspector that I didn't have a problem with roaches or insects of any type and then I spray my house by myself if I feel the need to but of course he told me that wouldn't work Terminex products would be better and I don't doubt that however he couldn't comprehend I don't guess that I do not have roaches spiders or any of that nature and if I did that's not the reason why I called Terminex to begin with. I called because I wanted to see what products were available for mice control. Such as bait or something like that. Well after signing up for the spray I was shocked that the inspector did not even offer or leave or set up a mouse trap or a sticky trap beings that was the reason why he was dispatched to my residence to begin with.. it looks really bad on Terminex as a company to have an employee try to upsell consumers something that you cannot really afford nor want because it absolutely made no sense to have a extraction when he couldn't even find a hole in my home and tell me where I might have had a mice enter. But for him not to solve my problem and even offer a glue trap is absolutely shocking I suggest re-evaluating this inspector Andre training him on the purpose of the call that he was dispatched to do instead of trying to sell and waste money that I work hard for and then not even offer or leave a mouse trap. If I do decide to have something done like a spray in the future or recommend friends or family a company it probably will not be Terminex because of this inspector. I received poor service and my intelligence was insulted to say the least. Not a good look for a company!!
