  I would give them a 0 rating if it would let me. I've never had such bad customer service! I ordered TFV8 replacement resin tubes and when they arrived they weren't the ones I ordered. They were for the TFV8 big baby and the TFV12! I emailed them to let them know that the parts are miss marked or they just sent me the wrong ones and asked if they had the right ones and they said no. After a week of going back and forth with them fighting with me saying I ordered the wrong ones I just said I would send them back and I wanted them to pay for the shipping, they again said no they would not pay for return shipping and offered me store credit! I don't want store credit because after this experience I will no longer be shopping from them. I wrote a bad review on their website and they didn't even post it. so to sum things up, if you order something from this site and THEY send you the WRONG items, they won't do ANHTHING to help you or to rectify the issue. I guess when you shop here, the customer ISN'T always right. Terrible terrible terrible customer service! I would never shop here again if they were the last vape shop on earth.....I'd quit before that ever happened. My recommendation would be to stay away from this site, you would be better off throwing your money out the window!
