  We had a horrible experience here today. All I needed was 2 pieces of a single fabric, 2 yards each. The girl cutting fabric said that “they don’t do special cuts” and explained that she would only cut one piece. She said it makes it too confusing and takes too long when they are busy (there was only one other customer at the counter, already being helped by someone else). Dumbfounded, I asked her if I had wanted a piece of the fabric in two different colors, would that be acceptable. She said yes lol. I asked if I were to get one piece cut then get back in line (which there wasn’t a line) and ask for another, would she do that and she said yes! It doesn’t make any sense to me why cutting two identical pieces at once would be any more “confusing” or “time consuming”. She finally agreed to go ahead and cut the two pieces, and was fumbling with the bolt, so my husband went to try to help her roll it out, and she said, “Sir, please don’t touch the fabric. I’ll get in trouble for that.” I’m so confused lol. This place blew my mind today. We will be going to Hobby Lobby from now on!

  Very disappointed in this store. Clerk could not direct me to wool blend yarns. She said, "Yarns are all over. Without a SKU I can't help you". Well for heaven sake, I wanted to SEE their stock, how would I know the SKU?
