  I had independent appliances come to my house .The worst experience ever ! terrible customer service . Mike owner of the company doesn't know how to communicate with the customers and treat them with respect !

  Great service like you dont see very often. I have used them numerous times over the years and just had them repair my front loader lg washing machine yesterday. They got it done very quickly and at a good fair price. I like to repair things myself much to my wifes displeasure (takes me too long) and they have always been very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem. I'll never forget the time the owner took me in the back and put my thermostat in a warm bucket of water to see if it opened properly. Dont mean to get warm and fuzzy but I just hope that I am as helpful to my customers as they are to me. Thanks again for great service.
