  Went in to get scrubs with my wife and as soon as we walked in the door the employee working was on the phone. She hung up the phone politely but then never said anything to us the entire time we were in the shop. Even when my wife would try and open a conversation by saying comments like “oh darn they don’t have my size” hoping she would maybe mention that the they could order her size for her if needed. She said nothing. We tried multiple styles of scrubs on, but nothing ended up working in the brands we were familiar with. Maybe if we had some help we could’ve tried something new in a similar style that my wife prefers, but no. The employee continued to sit there behind the counter on her phone probably texting who she got off the phone with. Overall a very disappointing experience. If you go in there and a younger woman is working instead of the older woman, walk out or don’t expect to get any help while you’re there.

  Asked if they had a chefs hat in a specific colour, told me a shipment had just been ordered and would be there within the week, came back several times that month to no hat of that colour and eventually no hats of that type at all.
