  I believe Brandon was the man who fixed my phone. An incredibly kind guy who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Although busy, he did his best to make sure my phone was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The issue was, that as soon as I got my phone back, the touch ID did not work. After a full week of numerous calls to Apple, a diagnostic was run, and the internal software of my touch ID was determined to be malfunctioning. I called Fastlane to ask if they would look at it and maybe see if it was an easy fix, but Daniel basically told me "Yeah, we can look at it, but there is nothing we can do". I know Brandon would have taken care of it with no problem. The other guy happily turned me away. Update: After I had written my review, Brandon called and was very kind. He gave me numerous options on what he may be able to do to help me. I had already paid to have a replacement sent from Apple, but the fact that he called back with such concern earned him his 5 stars back (When it was originally a 3).
