  Excellent experience!!!! I had gone to David’s Bridal originally because the prices were great but you also get what you paid for which is poor customer service and lack of experience. They were very rude, did not make trying on wedding dresses exciting, and didn’t seem very helpful at all. Dream gowns just made me appreciate them that much more because they were a complete 180 from David’s Bridal. They worked me in even without an appointment. I’m really writing this review to give their best employee Tona recognition for being amazing. She made picking out your wedding dress, which is one of the most exciting parts about your wedding so easy and fun!!!! Tona definitely knows her stuff about dresses and has a way of knowing what she believes will compliment you the most. The dress she picked out for me actually was the one style and color I was so against and didn’t feel would work on me, but she asked me to trust her and so glad I did because it ended up being the “ONE”!!!!! The dress was so perfect I didn’t want to take it off. I have to say Tona is very patient because you can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I am so very happy I made the decision to purchase my dress from Dream Gowns and grateful I got paired up with Tona because she is FABULOUS!!!!!
