  I do not see the point of getting measured 10 days prior to the event because they will give you the wrong size anyway. I had a event on Saturday and picked it up on Friday and I didn't have any time to have to come back and change things out I put it in there hands to give me a correct clothing for my event but as I was getting ready for Saturday everything was too tight and to short they ruined hundreds of dollars worth of pictures and my comfort a my own wedding. His response was I had time to come back and they could of changed it, but once you pick something up you don't plan on coming back in, on most occasions you don't have any extra time to come back and change things out. Better off buying your own clothes for what they charge anyways . Horrible customer care and service!

  The customer service was outstanding. We needed a suit for a funeral and didn't want to buy one so we rented one from them. They had it ready in 24 hours and it fit like a glove, looked great, and was the easiest way to go.The employees couldn't have been more helpful.
